    PRESIDENT

    Jackson has spent the last 15 years in the restaurant trenches. Holding every position possible, he proved early on to have a keen financial awareness of restaurant operations. Utilizing his education in Finance and Food & Beverage Hospitality, he is able to lend a unique perspective to the challenges facing our clients. His passion is helping clients see the blind spots in their business and presenting bite sized actions to get ahead of potential issues.

    CHIEF ACCOUNTING OFFICER

    Adam has a bachelor's degree in accounting and seven years experience in restaurant accounting specifically. He enjoys helping clients understand how the finances and day to day business operations interact. He particularly enjoys giving clients tools and guidance that empower them to run their business more efficiently. When Adam is not helping clients he is outdoors, whether it’s fishing, snowmobiling or spending time with his family at the cabin.

    HEAD BOOKKEEPER

    Cindy has a bachelor’s degree in accounting and five years experience as a bookkeeper. At Precision Cindy strives to break down complex problems to provide simple solutions. You can find Cindy enjoying the outdoors either fishing or camping when she is not assisting clients.

    BOOKKEEPER

    Adrienne spent six years in the hospitality industry and has a bachelor's degree in English. At Precision her passion is in providing support for the team to ensure Precision's success and thereby the clients' success. In her free time she enjoys traveling around Minnesota visiting independent quilt shops and flea markets.

    CLIENT ADVISOR

    Adam has over 22 years of restaurant experience from busser to restaurant manager. Adam likes translating the financial data into targeted goals to demystify the challenges restaurant operators face. He believes that which is watched improves; when your goals are transparent and understood they are easier to achieve. He is an avid golfer and also enjoys time on the lake with his kids.
